• Getting started with Card2Tap for TeamsYes. A team plan gives every member a Card2Tap profile with your branding, managed from one Team dashboard with one bill.Teams
• How do I sign in to Card2Tap Teams?Use the Team login page with your usual Card2Tap email and password. Team members go straight to the Team dashboard.Teams
• Team plans and pricesChoose Team Standard, Team Professional or Team Premium. Each yearly price includes a number of users, and you can add more users.Teams

Members

• Invite and manage team membersIn Members, select Add member and send an invitation by email. When the person accepts, they get a team profile with your branding.Teams
• Team roles and permissionsTeams have four roles: Owner, Admin, Manager and Member. The role decides what each person can see and change in the Team dashboard.Teams
• What is a Team seat?A seat is one member with a team profile. Cards never use seats: one member can have several cards and still uses one seat.Teams
• What happens when someone leaves the team?Deactivate or remove them in Members. Their seat is freed, their team cards return to your inventory, and you can give a card to someone else.Teams

Branding & profiles

• Shared branding, fields and templatesSet your logo, company name and colours once in Branding, lock the fields members may not change, and use templates for a consistent design.Teams
• Shared links for the whole teamAdd a company link once in Shared links, such as your Google review or website, and it appears in the Contact details of the profiles you choose.Teams
• Wallet passes for team membersEvery team plan includes Apple Wallet and Google Wallet for each member with a seat. Members add their pass from My Wallet & QR.Teams

• How to order Team cardsTeam Owners and Admins order from the Team cards page: choose a card, design type and quantity, assign members, approve designs, then add to bag.Teams
• How Team card pricing worksThe first card is charged at the first-card price. Every other card on the same order line is charged at the rate for that line’s quantity.Teams
• Personalized vs reassignable Team cardsYes. Personalized cards print each member’s name and title, so each card can have its own design. Reassignable company cards share one design.Teams
• Team card designs and approvalEach personalized card goes from Not started to Draft, Needs review and Approved. You approve every proof with a confirmation checkbox.Teams
• Which Team cards can I order?Team orders are for PVC, Metal and Wooden NFC business cards. Each card shows whether it can be ordered right now.Teams
• Assign and reassign Team cardsIn Physical products, select Assign or Reassign to choose which member a card opens. The card keeps its tap link, so no reprogramming is needed.Teams
