Plans
- Card2Tap plans: Standard, Professional and PremiumCard2Tap has three plans for individuals. Each lasts 12 months, renews only when you choose, and includes Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes.
- Which Card2Tap plan should I choose?Standard covers your profile, sharing and Wallet passes. Professional adds business tools such as Link Finder and appointments. Premium adds AI.
- Can I subscribe without buying a physical card?Yes. Every plan can be bought on its own from the Plans page. Share your profile with its link, QR code and Apple or Google Wallet pass.
- Which plan comes with my product?Every Card2Tap product includes the Standard plan for 12 months. You can choose Professional or Premium instead when you order.
Your plan
- View your planSee your plan, its renewal date and what it includes in My Card2Tap under Plan & billing, or in My Account under Subscription & plans.
- Upgrade your planBuy the higher plan from your dashboard or the Plans page. It starts at payment, lasts 12 months and includes everything in the plans below it.
- Renew your planPlans last 12 months and do not renew automatically. Select Renew before the end date. An early renewal starts when your current plan ends.
- Cancel your planCancel in My Account under Subscription & plans with Cancel plan. You keep access until the end date and stop getting renewal reminders.
Billing
- What happens if a payment fails?If a payment fails at checkout, nothing is added to your account and you can try again. If a payment fails later, that plan is paused until it is paid.
- Subscriptions vs physical productsA plan gives you 12 months of access to your dashboard and its features. A physical product is a one-time purchase that opens your profile with a tap.
- Taxes and currencyPrices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and shown before tax. Any applicable tax depends on where your order is supplied and is shown at checkout before you pay.
