Ordering
- How do I order a Card2Tap product?Open a product, personalize it in the designer, approve your proof, choose your plan, then check out with your Card2Tap account.
- Choosing your plan when you orderEvery product includes the Standard plan for 12 months. You can choose Professional or Premium instead on the product page or in your bag.
- Design your product in the online designerEach product has its own online designer: pick a layout, enter your text, add your logo and check the live preview before you create your proof.
- How to review and approve a proofCreate your proof, check spelling, layout and logo, tick the box and select Approve proof. Approved means this exact artwork is used for your order.
- Can I change my artwork after approval?Yes, before you check out: change the design, then create and approve a new proof. After you order, contact Card2Tap as soon as possible.
- How long does production take?Production time is shown on each product page once Card2Tap has confirmed it. It is separate from shipping time.
- Where is my order? Order statuses explainedSee your orders in My Card2Tap under Cards & orders, or in My Account under Orders. Each order shows a status, such as Processing or Completed.
- Shipping: availability, rates and trackingThe current shipping status for Card2Tap products, where shipping costs appear, and how to get an update on an order.
