A proof is the saved artwork of your design. You approve it before the product can go in your bag, and the approved proof is what is kept with your order for production.
Review and approve
- Create the proof. In the designer, select Create proof. Your proof appears with its number, for example “Proof 1”.
- Check every detail. Read your text letter by letter and check the layout, colour and logo. The summary under the image lists your text, layout, colour and whether a logo is included, plus any warning, such as a low-resolution logo.
- Fix anything that is wrong. Change the design and select Create proof again. Each new proof gets the next number.
- Confirm. Tick “I have checked this proof — spelling, layout and logo — and approve it for production exactly as shown.”
- Approve. Select Approve proof. You see “Proof approved. You can now add it to your bag.” and Add to bag becomes available.
What “Approved” means
- You confirm that this exact artwork is correct and can be produced as shown.
- Your bag shows Proof approved with a View proof link, and your order keeps the proof number and when you approved it.
- Any change after approval cancels it. The designer then asks you to create a new proof and approve it.
- Approving is not paying. Nothing is ordered until you check out.
Your digital profile is separate from your print. After you order, you can edit your profile whenever you like, and it never changes the artwork you approved.
