Shared branding
Company name, logo, colours, footer and company links on every member’s profile, Save contact card and Wallet pass.
Apple Wallet and Google Wallet
Every active member can add their own profile to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. A physical card is not needed.
Team analytics
Profile views, NFC taps and saved contacts across the team. Team Professional and Premium add up to 12 months and taps per card.
Questions
Do members need their own Card2Tap subscription?
No. The team plan covers every member with a seat, including the cards you order for them. Nobody is charged for an individual plan.
What is a seat?
A seat is one member with a team profile. Owners, admins and managers who only manage the team do not use one. Cards and seats are separate: a member can have one card, several or none.
Can we order cards before everyone has joined?
Yes. Assign the cards you can now and keep the rest unassigned in your team’s inventory; assign them from the Team dashboard later.
What happens when someone leaves?
Deactivate them and give their card to the next person. The card keeps its tap link, so it opens the new member’s profile.
Does the plan renew automatically?
No. Team plans last 12 months. We remind the owner before the end, and the team keeps working for 14 days after it.
