Profile & Contact Details
Add your photo, details, contact buttons, products, gallery and links, and choose your design.
- Add your profile photo, logo and bannerOn the Profile page, upload a profile photo or logo and a wide banner under Photo and banner, then select Save changes.
- Add your name, job title, company and descriptionOn the Profile page, fill in About you: Name or title, Job title or subtitle, Company and Short description, then select Save changes.
- Change your profile web addressOn the Profile page, edit Profile address under Web address and save. Your NFC cards keep working; old links redirect, but update anything printed.
- Choose and customize your themeIn Themes, pick one of eight layouts and an accent colour. Professional and Premium add fonts, text colour and page and card backgrounds.
- Add products and servicesIn Products & services, select Add product or service, enter a title, description, optional price text, link and cover image, then select Add.
- Add gallery images and videosIn Gallery, select Add images to upload photos or Add YouTube video to paste a video link. Add captions and pick a display size for each item.
- Add testimonialsTestimonials are not offered on Card2Tap profiles at the moment. Testimonials you added before are kept, but they are not shown.
- Add custom sectionsWith Professional or Premium, add blocks of your own text, such as About us, opening hours or service areas, in Custom sections.Professional feature
- Add contact details and action buttonsIn Contact details, select Add contact detail, choose a type such as Phone, Email or Instagram, enter the value and choose what happens when someone taps it.
- Custom labels and “label only” detailsGive any contact detail your own label, such as Office or Book a call, or choose Label only to show a button like Call me instead of the number.
- Add a “Write a Review” buttonCopy your review link from your Google Business Profile, then add it in Contact details with the Google review type and the label Write a Review.
- Add Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other linksIn Contact details, select Add contact detail, choose the platform as the type and paste your profile link. Link Finder can also check links for you.
