Appointment Requests
Let visitors request a time from your profile, then approve, decline or suggest another time.
- What are Appointment Requests?Visitors choose a service and a time on your profile and send a request. Nothing is booked until you approve it, unless the service confirms automatically.Professional feature
- Set up Appointment RequestsOpen Appointment requests, name a first service, choose your days and hours, then choose Create and switch on. Your profile must be published.Professional feature
- Add a serviceA service is what people can request, like a consultation. Add up to 20 in the Services tab, each with a length, optional price text and a location.Professional feature
- Set your availabilitySet the weekly hours when visitors can request a time, then adjust the rules: start times, minimum notice, how far ahead and buffers between appointments.Professional feature
- Special dates: days off and special hoursAdd holidays, vacations or different hours for certain dates. On a special date, your weekly availability doesn’t apply.Professional feature
- Approve, decline or suggest another timeOpen a request from the bell, the Overview inbox or the Requests tab, then choose Approve, Decline or Suggest another time. The visitor is emailed each time.Professional feature
- Your calendar and appointmentsSee requests and appointments by month, week, day or agenda in the Calendar tab, find them in the Appointments tab, and add ones you arranged yourself.Professional feature
- Notifications and remindersYou hear about requests in the dashboard bell and by email. Visitors get emails at each step and reminders before confirmed appointments. No SMS is sent.Professional feature
- Can visitors book automatically?Yes, per service. Set a service to Confirm automatically and visitors are booked straight away. Otherwise every request waits for your approval.Professional feature
