Tap your card, share your QR code and link, and choose which profile each card opens.
- What is NFC?NFC lets a phone read a small chip from a few centimetres away. Your Card2Tap card uses it to open your profile with a tap, with no app.
- How to tap a Card2Tap card on iPhone and AndroidHold the card near the top of an iPhone, or against the back of an Android phone with NFC on. Your profile opens in the phone’s browser.
- Does the other person need an app?No. A tap, a QR scan or your link opens your profile as a normal web page in the phone’s browser. Nothing needs to be installed.
- Does changing my profile require reprogramming my card?No. Your card holds a permanent tap link, so profile changes show as soon as you save. You never need to reprogram the card.
- Manage your cards: point, move and switch offIn Cards & orders you can see every card, choose which profile it opens, give it its own profile, copy its tap link or switch it off.
- Can I reassign an NFC card?Yes. Point the card at another of your profiles yourself, ask Card2Tap to move it to someone else’s account, or reassign team cards.
- Where can I find my QR code?Your QR code is in your dashboard under Share & QR. Scanning it opens your public profile, and you can download it as SVG or PNG.
- Share and print your QR codeDownload your QR code from Share & QR: SVG for print, PNG for screens and documents. Keep the white border and test it before printing.
- Does changing my profile change my QR code?Not when you edit your profile. Your QR code changes only if you change your profile web address, and old codes still redirect for a while.
- The “Save contact” and “Exchange contact” buttons“Save contact” adds your details to the visitor’s phone. “Exchange contact” lets them send you theirs, which appear under Contacts.
- All the ways to share your profileTap your card, show or print your QR code, send your link, use your Wallet pass, or let visitors pass your profile on with the Share button.
