All your NFC cards are listed in your dashboard under Cards & orders, in the “Your cards” panel. Cards are linked to your account automatically when your order is paid, so there is no code to enter.
What each card shows
- Opens: the profile the card opens when someone taps it.
- Tap link: the card’s permanent link, with a button to copy it.
- Order and Added: the order it came from and when it was added.
- Status: “Active”, “Switched off”, “Switched off by Card2Tap”, “Revoked” or “Not set up”.
Point a card at another profile
- Choose the profile. Under “Point this card at”, select the profile the card should open. This option appears when you have more than one profile.
- Move the card. Select Move card. The card opens that profile straight away, with no reprogramming.
If your account can have another profile, Give this card its own profile creates a new draft profile for that card. Open it from the profile menu at the top of the dashboard to fill it in.
Switch a card off
If a card is lost, turn off Card is on and confirm. Anyone who taps it then sees “This card is not active” instead of your profile. Nothing is deleted, and you can switch it back on at any time.
Cards ordered together on one order line can share one entry and one tap link. Anything you change on that entry applies to all of those cards.
You can’t change a card marked “Switched off by Card2Tap”, “Revoked” or “Not set up” yourself: contact Card2Tap and we will help. Team cards are managed by your team’s owner or admins in the Team dashboard.
