No, not when you edit your profile. Your QR code opens your profile web address, so new details, photos, links and themes show up for anyone who scans it as soon as you save.
When the QR code does change
The code changes only if you change your profile web address, for example from /p/jane-smith/ to /p/jane-smith-realty/, because the address is what the code contains.
- Codes you already shared keep working. Your last 3 former addresses redirect to your current one while your profile is published.
- Download a new code from Share & QR after the change, and use it for anything you print from then on.
- Replace old printed codes over time. If you change your address several times, the oldest addresses stop redirecting and may later be taken by someone else.
What about my NFC card?
Your NFC cards are not affected. They use their own permanent tap link, which always opens the profile the card points to. See Change your profile web address.
If you unpublish your profile, anyone who scans your QR code sees “Profile not found” until you publish it again.
