Card2Tap plans last 12 months and do not renew automatically, so nothing is charged without you. We email you a reminder before your plan ends.
How to renew
- Find your plan. Open Plan & billing in My Card2Tap, or Subscription & plans in My Account.
- Select Renew. The button is next to your plan. You can also use Renew now in the reminder email.
- Check out. Pay at checkout. We email you to confirm that your plan has been renewed.
A renewal costs the plan’s price on the Plans page. For example, Standard renews at CAD $69.99 per year, before tax.
Renewing early
You can renew any time before the end date without losing anything: the new 12 months start when your current plan ends. Until then, the renewal shows as Starts later.
If your plan has already ended
Your public profile stays online and your cards keep opening it, but the features from that plan stop. If it was your only plan, your dashboard shows “Your subscription has expired.” Renew it or choose another plan to open your dashboard again. Nothing has been deleted.
