Team Premium includes Card2Tap AI for your team. Owners and Admins find it in AI tools in the Team dashboard. AI never changes a profile on its own: a person reviews every suggestion first.
AI bio suggestions
- Choose members. Under AI bio suggestions, tick up to 10 members at a time.
- Select Suggest bios. The AI suggests a bio from what is already on each profile: job title, current bio and company.
- Review. Compare Now and Suggested for each member.
- Decide. Tick the ones you want and select Apply selected, or Dismiss selected.
A member needs a job title or a few words on their profile before the AI can suggest a bio.
Profile check
Profile check lists what each profile is missing: a photo, job title, bio, a phone number or email, or publishing. It is a checklist and does not use AI.
AI access and monthly limits
The Team Owner decides who may use Card2Tap AI on their own profile: All members, Managers, admins and owner, Admins and owner only, or Selected members (plus admins and owner). The owner also sets AI requests per member per month (0 means no limit), sees each person’s use this month, and selects Save AI access.
Members who are allowed get the Card2Tap AI assistant for their own profile. When someone reaches the monthly limit, they are asked to check with the team owner or try again next month.
