Each AI feature sends only the information it needs to the AI service Card2Tap has set up. Here is what each one uses.
By feature
- Profile setup help: only what you typed in that step. For the bio, that’s your four answers plus your name, job title and company.
- Suggest profile setup: your saved profile wording (name, job title, company, short description, and your main website, email and phone), your products and services, and your company knowledge.
- Marketing draft: your brief (goal, audience description, tone and key facts), your basic profile details and parts of your company knowledge. Email addresses and phone numbers in the audience description are removed first.
- Visitor chat: your published profile details, your visible services and contact details, your company knowledge, and the visitor’s questions. Details you show as “label only” aren’t repeated to visitors.
Never sent
Your contacts (the people who shared their details with you), contact exchanges, consents, orders, payments and account details are never sent to AI.
What Card2Tap keeps
Card2Tap doesn’t store your prompts or the AI’s replies. It keeps only technical details, such as which feature was used and whether it worked, to count daily allowances. Visitor chat conversations stay in the visitor’s browser. Your company knowledge is saved with your profile and stays private.
Don’t put anything in company knowledge or a marketing brief that you wouldn’t want an AI service to read.
