Card2Tap AI has fair-use daily allowances for each profile. The Status panel in AI assistant shows how much you’ve used today.
Your two allowances
- Suggestions and drafts: Suggest profile setup, marketing drafts and AI help in Profile setup share one allowance, currently 60 requests per profile per day. The Status panel shows it as “Your AI requests today (suggestions and drafts)”.
- Visitor chat: messages from visitors have their own allowance, currently 40 per profile per day. Visitor chat never uses your allowance.
When they reset
Both allowances reset at midnight UTC. In Eastern Time, that’s 8 p.m. during daylight saving time and 7 p.m. the rest of the year.
When you reach a limit
- For suggestions and drafts, you see “The daily AI request limit for this profile has been reached. It resets at midnight UTC.” You can keep editing your profile by hand.
- For visitor chat, visitors see a short message with your contact details instead of an answer until the allowance resets.
- Card2Tap also has a site-wide daily limit. If it’s reached, AI pauses for everyone until the next day.
On a Team Premium plan, your team can also set a monthly AI allowance for each member. If you reach it, ask your team owner to raise it.
