The Card2Tap AI assistant helps you write and improve your profile, answer visitors’ questions and draft marketing messages. It’s included in the Premium plan. For teams, AI is part of Team Premium, and the team’s owner decides which members can use it.
What it can do
- Profile setup help: in the guided Profile setup, it can write three bio options, suggest cleaner wording for your job title and tidy your list of services.
- Suggest profile setup: suggests wording for your name, job title, company and short description, plus products and services you could add.
- Visitor chat: an automated assistant on your public profile that answers questions only from your company knowledge and profile.
- Marketing draft: a first draft of an email or text message for a campaign.
You find these in AI assistant in My Card2Tap. The Status panel shows which features are available and how much of today’s allowance you’ve used.
You stay in control
AI suggestions are suggestions only. Nothing changes on your profile until you choose to use them, and drafts are never sent for you.
Link Finder and Appointment Requests don’t use AI. They work from the links and settings you enter.
