Sign in on the Team login page with the same email and password you use for Card2Tap. There is no separate Teams password.
- Open Team login. Go to the Team login page, or choose Team Login on the Teams page.
- Enter your details. Type your Email or username and Password. Tick Remember me only on your own device.
- Select Sign in. You go straight to the Team dashboard.
What you see after signing in
- Owners, Admins and Managers see the team sections their role allows, such as Members, Physical products or Billing & plan.
- Members see their own team profile: My team profile, My contact details, My Wallet & QR, My card and My appointments.
Joining a team for the first time? Select Accept invitation in your invitation email first. See Invite and manage team members.
“You don’t currently have a Team account.”
This means the account you signed in with is not part of a team. Check that you used the email address your team invited. If your company already has a team, ask its owner to invite you with this address. To start a new team, select View Team Plans. Return to My Card2Tap takes you to your personal dashboard.
