Team Professional and Team Premium include Link Finder for shared links: check a company link once, then share it with every profile that needs it. Members with a seat also get Link Finder for their own profile, as on the individual Professional plan.
Check a shared link
- Open Shared links. In Shared links, select Add shared link, or Edit on an existing one.
- Choose the Type. Link Finder works with Google review, Google Maps, Website, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and X (Twitter).
- Paste your link. Enter it under Link, address or number.
- Select Check with Link Finder. Link Finder checks the link and cleans it up. The result appears next to the button.
- Choose where it shows and save. Pick the profiles under Show on, then select Save.
Link Finder currently works in assisted mode: you paste or check your link, and Link Finder does not search Google for you. Card2Tap never invents links, and nothing reaches your team’s profiles until you save.
On Team Standard, Check with Link Finder shows a lock. You can still add shared links by pasting them. For more on how Link Finder checks links, see What is Link Finder?
