Check a link before adding it: “This is mine” and “Not mine”

Link Finder never adds a link on its own. After you choose Check this link (or Preview on a result), you see a screen called Check it’s yours.

What the check shows

• The name or title Card2Tap could read for the link, when there is one.
• Link we’ll use (or Review link we’ll use): the exact link that will go on your profile, after Card2Tap tidies it.
• A status, Connected, Needs attention or Not checked, with a short explanation.
• Any warnings, for example when a Google Maps link opens your listing rather than the review form.
• Open link (or Open review page), so you can see it for yourself.

Is this yours?

Open the link and make sure it’s your business or account, not one with a similar name or an old page. Then choose:

• This is mine, use this link: you move on to How it looks on your profile to choose the button text, icon and display, then Add to my profile.
• Not mine: you go back a step and nothing is added. Paste the right link or try again.

Already on your profile

If the same link is already in your Contact details, you see Already on your profile with View existing, Replace and Cancel. Replace updates the existing button with the text you choose next.
