Every team plan, Team Standard, Team Professional and Team Premium, includes Apple Wallet and Google Wallet for every member with a seat. A physical card is not needed.
Add a pass
- Publish your team profile. The pass QR code opens your public profile, so the profile must be published first.
- Open My Wallet & QR. Sign in through Team login and choose My Wallet & QR.
- Add it to your phone. Select Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet. On an iPhone use Safari for Apple Wallet; on Android use Chrome for Google Wallet.
Your team’s shared branding, such as the company name, also appears on members’ Wallet passes, so the whole team looks consistent.
Keeping the pass up to date
- Google Wallet passes update automatically about a minute after the profile is saved.
- Apple Wallet passes do not update themselves. To refresh the details, add the pass again. The new copy replaces the old one.
Owners, Admins and Managers who only manage the team have no team profile, so they have no team pass. You can give yourself a team profile in Members with Give a team profile (uses a seat).
