What “Not available to order yet” means
A card marked Not available to order yet cannot be ordered at the moment, for a team or on its own. You can still see it on the Team cards page, but it has no Configure cards button while its price and specifications are being finalised.
Other things to check
- Only Team Owners and Admins can order. Managers and Members see “Only Team Owners and Admins can place Team card orders.”
- Your team plan must be in force. If it has ended, you see “Your team plan has ended. Renew it in Billing & plan before ordering cards.”
- Other Card2Tap products, such as the desk stand, name tag or NFC label sticker, are not part of Team card orders.
