Owners and Admins set the team’s branding once in Branding. It appears on every member’s profile, Save contact card and Wallet pass, and one change reaches everyone.
Team branding
- Company logo: shown next to the company name on every profile. PNG, JPG or WebP.
- Company name.
- Brand colour (accent) and Text colour: leave them empty to let each profile keep its own colour.
- Footer text: optional, for example a licence or legal line at the bottom of every profile.
Select Save branding when you are done.
Shared fields and locks
For each field, choose Locked (members cannot change it, and the team’s value is used) or Member can edit. You can lock: Company name, Brand colours, Profile design, Name, Job title, Bio, Photo and Personal Contact Details. New teams start with Company name, Brand colours and Profile design locked. Select Save locks.
Members see “Fields with a lock are managed by your team.” on their profile.
Templates
A template sets the profile design and visitor features, such as the Save contact button and the QR code on the profile. It never changes anyone’s name, photo, job title, bio or personal contact details. New members get the default template automatically.
To update existing profiles, open Templates, select Apply, choose Everyone, A department or Chosen members, then select Show what changes and Apply these changes. Team Standard includes one template. Team Professional and Team Premium add several templates, with text colour and font.
