My designer asked for extra time

You received a request for additional design time.

Try this first

1. Open the project: it shows the hours, the reason and the amount ($25 CAD per hour + tax).
2. Approve & Pay → pay at checkout and the work continues.
3. Decline → nothing is charged; your designer finishes with the time already paid.
4. Nothing is ever charged without your approval.
