Your designer project includes up to 3 hours. If your design needs more, your designer sends a request first — you’re never charged without approving.
What the request shows
- The additional hours (1 to 5 per request) and why they’re needed.
- The amount: $25 CAD per hour + applicable tax.
We email you when a request is waiting. Work is paused until you decide.
Your choice
- Approve & Pay: pay at checkout; the hours are added and your designer continues.
- Decline: nothing is charged. Your designer finishes with the time already paid, and you keep every proof.
