Try this first
- That message means your credit was not used — it comes straight back. Wait a moment and choose create again.
- No create button? You need AI design credits and to be signed in; the Studio offers a pack when you have none.
- Tick the box confirming you have the right to use your logo and brand names — it’s needed before creating.
- Add at least your name or company on the details step.
- You may have reached today’s limit for new designs. Edit your existing designs for free and try again tomorrow.
- Reload the project — finished designs are kept in its Versions list.
