Card2Tap AI uses design credits. A pack of 5 credits is $20 CAD + applicable tax, paid at checkout like any other order.
What uses a credit
- 1 credit: each new design, and each variation of a design.
- Free: editing a design (colours, layout, text, what shows), saving favorites, comparing designs, Improve my prompt, the AI review on the Review step, approving and downloading.
If a design doesn’t work
When you choose create, 1 credit is set aside. If the design can’t be created — for example the AI service is busy — the credit comes straight back and you see “We couldn’t create your design right now. Your credit was not used. Please try again.”
Where to see your credits
Your balance shows at the top of the Studio while you create. My Card2Tap → AI Credits shows your balance, what you added and used, and each credit’s history. Credits belong to your Card2Tap account.
Running out
When you have no credits left, the Studio offers another pack. You can always keep editing your existing designs for free.
If a credit pack order is refunded, the credits from that pack are taken off your balance.
