The Exchange contact button on your profile lets visitors send you their details. Everyone who does appears in Contacts.
What visitors send
The form asks for their name and an email address, a phone number or both, plus an optional company, job title and message. They tick a box to agree, then select Send my details. You get an email titled “New contact on your Card2Tap profile”.
Your Contacts list
Search by name, email, phone or company, and open a contact to see their message and history. A badge shows whether they were “Shared via profile” or “Added by you”. You can delete a contact at any time.
More with Professional and Premium
- Add contact to add people yourself.
- Statuses: New, Contacted, Qualified, Customer and Archived.
- Follow-up dates, with overdue and due-today reminders at the top of the list.
- Private notes that only you can see.
- Export CSV to download your list.
Sharing details lets you follow up personally. It is not permission to send marketing. People join your email or SMS campaigns only if they tick the separate marketing box and confirm it.
Contact exchange is on by default. To switch it off, turn off Contact exchange in Advanced settings.
