Advanced settings controls how the selected profile is arranged and what visitors can do on it. Select Save settings when you are done.
Sections
Drag the sections, or use the move buttons, to set their order on your profile: Contact details, Products & services, Appointments, Gallery and Custom sections. Type a Heading for each, or leave it empty for no heading.
Visitor features
- Contact exchange (on by default): visitors can send you their name and contact details. They appear under Contacts.
- Save-contact button (on by default): visitors can download your details to their phone’s contacts.
- QR code on your profile (on by default): someone can show your profile as a QR code for others to scan.
- Wallet buttons for visitors (off by default): shows “Add to Apple Wallet / Google Wallet” on your public profile.
- AI chat for visitors (Premium, off by default): visitors can ask questions answered only from the company knowledge you approve.
Marketing sign-up on the exchange form
Under Offer these optional boxes, tick Email marketing sign-up or SMS marketing sign-up to add an unticked box to your exchange form. Contact exchange must be on. People join your campaigns only if they tick a box and then confirm it.
Add your Sender mailing address before you send email campaigns. Canada’s anti-spam law (CASL) requires it, and it is printed in the footer of every campaign email. Sending campaigns is part of the Professional and Premium plans.
