Turnaround is the time needed to produce your order. It is separate from shipping transit time.

How turnaround is counted
- Production starts once your payment is confirmed and your proof is approved, whichever comes last. Team cards designed after ordering start when their design is approved.
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and announced closures.
- Production and shipping are separate: shipping transit starts after production.
- Production times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Need it by a certain date?
We don’t offer paid rush production. If you need your order by a certain date, contact us before you order and we’ll tell you whether it’s possible. Contact Support
Cancel within 8 hours of ordering, before production starts, with no cancellation fee. After that a $50.00 CAD fee may apply, and once production starts the order may no longer be cancellable. Order cancellations
