What we can confirm
- Orders can be shipped to supported destinations worldwide. A destination without an available shipping option cannot be selected at checkout.
- Free standard shipping applies to eligible physical-product orders over CAD $250 to supported destinations. Express services are not included.
- Your shipping cost and service are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Production turnaround is separate from shipping transit time.
