Analytics shows how people use the selected profile. Analytics is included in every plan.
What is counted
- Profile views: visits to your profile page. A QR code scan counts as a profile view.
- Card taps: taps on your NFC products.
- Contacts saved: visitors who used Save contact.
- Details shared with you: contact exchanges.
- Wallet passes added: Apple Wallet and Google Wallet adds.
- AI chat conversations: visitor chats, if you use AI chat.
What each plan shows
Standard shows totals for the last 7 or 30 days. Professional and Premium add 90 days and 12 months, a Views and taps per day chart, Show daily numbers and Totals by action.
How counting works
- A visitor is counted once per action every 30 minutes, so refreshing the page doesn’t add views.
- Known bots and link previews are left out, and your own visits are never counted.
- Days are in UTC, so a day may start earlier or later than your local midnight.
- No personal data is stored.
Seeing “No visits yet”? Views and taps appear once people open your published profile or tap your card. Only real visits are counted.
