Publishing makes your profile visible to anyone who taps your card, scans your QR code or opens your link.
- Add a name or company. On the Profile page, fill in Name or title or Company and save. Without one you see “Add your name or company before publishing.”
- Open Overview. In My Card2Tap, go to Overview.
- Select Publish profile. In the Status panel, select Publish profile. The badge at the top changes to Published.
You can also publish from the Getting started checklist, from the notice on Share & QR, or by ticking Publish my profile now at the end of Profile setup.
After publishing
Changes you save later show on your profile straight away. You don’t need to publish again.
Unpublishing
Select Unpublish in the Status panel and confirm. People who tap your card or open your link won’t see your profile until you publish it again. Your content is kept. A Google Wallet pass is withdrawn while the profile is unpublished and comes back when you publish again.
If the badge says Suspended, Card2Tap has paused the profile and you can’t publish it yourself. Please contact us and we will help.
