You can check how your profile looks at any time. A preview never makes anything public.
Ways to preview
- Profile page: select Preview. The preview includes changes you haven’t saved yet. Switch between Phone and Desktop.
- Themes: the Live preview updates as you choose layouts and colours. Visitors see the changes only after you select Save theme.
- Products & services: select Preview profile to see your saved content.
- Profile setup: on a wide screen the preview sits beside the questions; on a phone, select Preview profile.
- The real page: select View draft at the top of My Card2Tap (it becomes View profile once published). It opens in a new tab.
What you see on a draft
While your profile is a draft, only you can open it, and only while you are signed in. A bar at the top says “Preview — not published” and offers Edit in dashboard. Anyone else who opens the link sees “Profile not found”.
Some buttons work only on a published profile. In a preview, Save contact shows “Available once the profile is published” and the Exchange contact form opens only on your live profile. Your own visits are never counted in your analytics.
