Already have artwork? Upload it and Card2Tap checks it against your product. The check is free.
Files we accept
- PDF — best for print. Embed or outline your fonts.
- SVG — set the document size in millimetres. Convert text to outlines, or use common fonts.
- Adobe Illustrator (.ai) — save with Create PDF Compatible File switched on. Without it we can’t read the file automatically, and a person checks it.
Files can be up to 50 MB. Password-protected PDFs can’t be checked — save the file again without a password.
Set up your file
- Make the page the product’s artwork size, plus bleed where the product needs it. See Bleed and safe areas.
- Keep text and logos inside the safe area.
- Use vector artwork where you can; images should be 300 DPI at print size. See Understanding DPI.
- For cards, the front goes on page 1. The back carries your Card2Tap QR code — see QR code requirements.
Upload
- Choose your product and Upload Your Own Artwork.
- Confirm you have the right to use the artwork, its logos, photos and brand names.
- Drop your file or choose Choose File. The check takes a few seconds.
- Read the result — see The artwork quality check.
Uploaded files can’t be edited in the Studio. To change one, upload a new version, or ask a designer.
