- Cut line (trim): where the product is cut — its finished size.
- Bleed: extra background beyond the cut line, so a small shift in cutting never shows a white edge. Only products that are printed edge to edge need it.
- Safe area: keep text, logos and the QR code inside it, so nothing important is cut off.
