Teams can keep every member’s card consistent with a master design. Team owners and admins can create one.
- Set up the Team Brand Kit. Logos, colours and business details for the team. Owners and admins edit it; it can lock the logo, colours, layout, QR and company name.
- Create the master design. In Design Studio, start an AI or template design and choose your team under This design is for.
- Approve it like any design.
- Create member proofs. On the approved master design, choose Create member proofs. Card2Tap makes one proof per active member with their name, title and contact details.
- Check each proof and approve it before ordering — see Order Team cards.
Running it again after members change updates their proofs. Locked parts stay as the master set them.
